iSHiKi-SKiN products can be purchased directly online using paypal, which is instant and totally secure.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Sydney within a few working days, once your payment has been received. For larger orders, we will contact you with regards to your shipment.

As all products are made to order, larger orders may take a little longer.

Local postage charges are very reasonable with minimal handling costs for packing materials and are calculated upon weight and postcode where you live.  All items are securely packed to ensure they reach you safely.

International orders are welcome, but please remember there are higher postage costs if you are an international customer. 

Shipping for outside of Australia will be calculated after the sale and sent on a separate invoice or simply email us your order request and we will bill you a total invoice.

**Please note: International post fees to USA for parcels greater than 500g weight now automatically incur a A $9.00 USA customs levy.  This is a compulsory fee and is payable in addition to the standard postage fee charged by Australia Post.

Paypal is the only method of secure credit card payment available to all customers at this time.

Direct Bank Deposit  
This can be done directly through a National bank teller into our nominated account or via internet transfer using either your savings or credit account directly to our nominated account.
Australia Post Money Order Simply visit your local post office to arrange this and pop in the post to us.  

Bank Cheque 
Simply visit your local bank to arrange this and pop in the post to us. Remember, all orders will only be shipped once your payment has cleared. We aim to look after all our customers and offer you the best service and products possible. However, should you have any claims or disputes with your product, please contact us within 5 working days.
