How can I check my Rewards Points balance?
You can check your points by simply logging into your account and clicking on “Open iSHiKi Rewards Program”
How do I spend my Rewards Points?
Simply log into your account, and head straight to “Open iSHiKi Rewards Program”. Select the level that is available to you, and a code will be automatically generated for you and sent to your email to use the next time you purchase. Enter the code in the Discount field in the checkout process to save and redeem your points.
Can I redeem my Rewards Points and use a discount/promo code offer at the same time?
No, you must choose which offer you wish to redeem BEFORE you select your Rewards Points in checkout. Once you redeem your points, they are not replaced automatically if you opt to use a discount code instead. However, all is not lost! We can manually enter your lost points, so if this happens to you by mistake, please send us a quick email!
Do my points ever expire?
Your loyalty points never expire with this current loyalty program.
You've earned them, they're yours to keep!
Do my rewards ever expire?
Once you redeem points for a reward, you must claim your reward within 1 year, after which that reward will expire.
In order for the program to automatically track your points if you wish to Like/Follow us on Social Media, then you must log in to your account first then select your choice to action.
TIP> Be sure to check your points have been added if you complete a LIKE/SHARE/FOLLOW action on Social Media and let us know if they have not been added.
